Teresa Burke fundraising for Breast Cancer Ireland in 100 Squats a day in November as part of LIFT Ladies

I’m doing 100 squats a day for the month of November for a very special cause 🎀

It’s a privilege to take on this challenge with the amazing ladies of Lift Therapeutics here in Galway to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research in Ireland. Together with our colleagues in the UK, we’re developing innovative cell therapies for cancer, and we see every day how much cancer research matters.

This month is for everyone touched by breast cancer: patients, survivors, families, and the people we’ve lost. It’s also for anyone whose life has been affected by any kind of cancer.

If you can donate, even a little, it would mean a lot.

Let's do this ladies! 💪🎀

About 100 Squats a day in November

This November, join the 100 Squats a Day Challenge in support of Breast Cancer Ireland and make every squat count. The challenge is simple: complete 100 squats each day throughout the month to raise funds and awareness for life-saving breast cancer research and education. Whether you’re squatting solo or with a team, at home or at the gym, your daily effort will help drive progress toward a cure. It’s a powerful way to stay active, show solidarity, and make a real impact—one squat at a time. 💗
