💗 LIfT Ladies are taking on 100 Squats a Day in November! 💪🏻
The women of LIfT Therapeutics Ireland / Teiripicí LIfT Teoranta are coming together to support breast cancer awareness and research, with 100 squats a day throughout November.
Cancer has touched so many of our lives, both personally and through the people we love. At LIfT Therapeutics, we’re also working towards bringing new cell therapies to patients with cancer and progressing towards our first-in-human clinical trials. It’s a reminder that behind every scientific breakthrough is the hope of better treatment options and more time with the people we love.
We’re proud to come together as a team to support such an important cause and help make a difference.
Every donation, share and bit of encouragement is hugely appreciated. Let’s see what the LIfT Ladies can achieve! 💗

About 100 Squats a day in November
This November, join the 100 Squats a Day Challenge in support of Breast Cancer Ireland and make every squat count. The challenge is simple: complete 100 squats each day throughout the month to raise funds and awareness for life-saving breast cancer research and education. Whether you’re squatting solo or with a team, at home or at the gym, your daily effort will help drive progress toward a cure. It’s a powerful way to stay active, show solidarity, and make a real impact—one squat at a time. 💗
