This November, join the 50 Squats a Day Challenge in support of Breast Cancer Ireland and make every squat count. The challenge is simple: complete 50 squats each day throughout the month to raise funds and awareness for life-saving breast cancer research and education. Whether you’re squatting solo or with a team, at home or at the gym, your daily effort will help drive progress toward a cure. It’s a powerful way to stay active, show solidarity, and make a real impact—one squat at a time. 💗 #50SquatsADay #BreastCancerIreland

Lisa Lawlor fundraising for Breast Cancer Ireland in 50 Squats a Day in November
At the start of November, the College Girls and I started this small challenge as a show of support for our great friend Emily. While my heart hasn’t really been in squatting in recent weeks and it’s felt so trivial, heartbroken we see it out because the cause is more important than ever!! Any donation you can make for Breast Cancer Research is greatly appreciated!!!
