Liz Hall fundraising for Breast Cancer Ireland in Run 62K in January

2025 has been a challenging year for me since I was diagnosed with Breast cancer last August. I am half way through my treatment plan, with only one chemo session left on Jan 5th. I want to give something back as a positive gesture. Also it gives me a goal to get me through the month of January. I will be hoping to exercise as many days as possible except for the days I have nausea post chemo, but I am factoring that into my plan. I am also hoping to walk with somebody different as many days as possible because it is with the support of friends and family that I am going to push my way through this illness. This January, I am walking a minimum of 62K to support a cause close to my heart but hoping to walk alot more than that. Every kilometer — and every bit of support — makes a difference.
