Daha Wellness fundraising for Breast Cancer Ireland in Pink Coffee Morning

We are hosting a Pink Coffee Morning on Tuesday, 20th of October, 9:30am-12:30pm to help raise vital funds for breast cancer research and support services across Ireland. One in seven women in Ireland will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime which means we all know someone who will be affected. Your donation, big or small, will help in the race to cure breast cancer.
  
As well as raising funds for an incredibly important cause, the morning will be an opportunity to learn more about some of the specialist support available at Dāha Wellness for people living with or beyond cancer.

Our CanRehab Pilates instructor, who is also a Registered Nurse, will be joining us to chat about our specialist CanRehab Pilates class. This supportive class is designed specifically for individuals living with cancer or with a history of cancer, with exercises adapted to individual needs, abilities and stages of recovery. This class is on from 11am-11:50am if you'd like to join in on the day!

You’ll also have an opportunity to learn more about our Cancer Care Touch Therapy Treatments. These bespoke, specialist treatments are designed for individuals living with cancer or with a history of cancer and can be tailored to help address concerns including fatigue, muscle aches, oedema, stress, anxiety, peripheral neuropathy and more.
