Ciara Shaw fundraising for Breast Cancer Ireland in The Dip-cember Challenge 2025

Hi everyone, I’m taking on the Dipcember Challenge again - 12 cold water dips in December - in support of Breast Cancer Ireland. I’m dipping in honour and memory of my wonderful sister-in-law Lizzie, who sadly passed away on 14th October 2024. I’m also doing it for all cancer survivors and for people undergoing treatment. Finally, this is for all who have lost their lives to this disease, including my own lovely Mam, who died in 1993, aged 52. Every dip is a tribute to their strength, courage, and love - and a step towards funding vital research and awareness that can save lives. If you can, please support me by donating.
